White tongue on back
After taking antibiotic i saw whiteness at the back of tongue only if i use flash light in mirror. Not able to clear the white tongue also i got indigestion and gastric after the course of antibiotic. Is white coat is normal , since it won't go way from 1 and half month. Nearly i went to 7 to 8 doctors , but no body bother about tongue whiteness, only they check is throat , ear and nose.

Coated tongue is very common during infections and antibiotic use. If asymptomatic then you need not worry about it as it's not really abnormal
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
