There is small white thing back side of the toung.. No pain is there... From couple of days another one same thing i can see... Please tell me what is this what should i do...

It looks like a small ulcer near your tonsils , mostly it's something simple. Most of time these will be painless and go on its own. Though keep a watch on it until it disappears.
