  4. White stuff on nipples. Normal change?

White stuff on nipples
I am 19 years old......and I am noticing some white stuff on my nipples.....but it isn't liquid and neither coming out continuously but it's like semi solid form......and yesterday it gets off taking some little part of nipple......I am not on any kind of pills neither I have ever been pregnant.....I have no other symptoms leaving that like there is no pain or any burning sensation.....else I experience some heaviness in breast just before menstruation.....is this any normal change?

Get done TSH and serum prolactin level.Also get done ultrasonography of breast to know the pathology of breast.With all reports meet to gynaecologist and take medicine.Or you can wait for this cycle.
