Asked for Female, 32 Years

My 2 1/2 yr old daughter has been passing white loose stools 3- 4 times a day from past 3 days..she had mangoes prior to this and had vomitting..later she has fever for a day and started passing loose stools..she is eating and is also playful...please adv8ve
