White spots under penis foreskin
There are some tiny spots seen on the under the penis foreskin. The skin tip us red,itchy and smelly. 3 days before it started. My treatment for fungal infection is going on for previous infection on my private area and belly patch for which i have been consuming canditral and allgera twice a day from last 7 days followed by phytoral ointment. Is it safe to use same oitment for the problem?

You are suffering from candidial balanoposthitis which is fungal infection of the foreskin and glans penis. It present as itching, red spots on glans, swelling and cracks on foreskin and inability to retract it.
