White spots on upper back
Hi, I'm noticing that there are some spots on my upper back and upper chest which are in light white colour. These spots are started showing me since July. I am applying fungal creams on that and spots are still not disappeared but not spreading. I have checked some where and got to know its a fungal infection called tinea versicolor. It'll get disappear during winter. Pls help to understand and what is the treatment of it. Pls check the image attached, spots looks like this only. Thanks
