White spots on tonsil nd fever
White spots on left tonsil and high fever around 103. Same thing occurred 2 months back too. Why reoccurring? I am fed up. Do i need to take antibiotics again or it will heal itself.

It may recurr if your immunity  level is low. Take antibiotics and anti-inflammatory . Oral hygiene should be maintained daily. Vitamin c tab daily for 15 days.
