White spots on foreskin

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I noticed some white spots on my foreskin, image is attached, they are mostly on the underside. No itching or pain whatsoever but given the location,i am concerned. Is it some infection? If so do i need to abstain from sex, especially oral sex. Please recommended way for speedy recovery.
