White spots in some place of body

Asked for Male, 4 Years

1st the white spots are seen in both eye side and eye lid then after doctor consultation a TACROZ ointment applied. After few month natural skin color comes back but now same spots are visible in right leg ankle, knee, and foot and left leg only at knee.
