White spot on ankle persists from 1 year. initiaaly it was point type but now it became large. its spreading

It is not possible to comment without seeing it. It can be physiological loss of colour, fungal infection or vitiligo. Even leprosy can present as white patches. So please consult me or a nearby dermatologist for proper diagnosis.
