White spot near elbow and back of knees

Hi my name is Aman 19 yr old . I noticed that I had a light white spot on the elbow and back of my knees. I noticed this about 2 weeks ago . Can u tell what is it and what natural remedy would be beneficial for this. How much time would this go away. I have attached photo of my elbow??
