White spot in throat

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I have white spot in back wall of throat since last 6 months and lymph node behind ear.. I have taken antibiotics for 2 times.. Went to the ENT specialist. But problem persist. Can anyone plz let me know the cause of this white spot n why it's not going.. I am a tobacco chewing addict. Is it the reason?
