There is a small white sopt developed on my 3 year old son's face. Please see attached picture of that area. This is growing slowly. Please suggest the treatment.

No treatment required. It is pitiriasis alba, a common skin problem in children. Just like dryness. They do come and go by itself and do change their place. Mostly seen in winters. You can use alovera moisturiser or any other moisturiser.
