I'm having phimosis, however yesterday I noticed some white soft thing under foreskin. Attaching photo. I don't have any pain out any discomfort

White thing is a normal  discharged known as smegma Smegma deposite as you usally do not wash your penis If you wash your penis atlest once a day then it will not deposite Get treatment for phimosis
