The causes for the symptoms according to your age can be infection, in the middle of your menstrual cycle or just prior to your menstrual cycle, chronic constipation associated with a sedentary occupation can also lead to your symptoms... if your symptoms still persist i would recommend u to consult gynecologist for futher investigation... thank you..
