White skin in leg
I had a white skin patch in my left leg since i was 14 had a small surgery grafting skin from my thigh to it but spots were still left now after 19 years I got another white patch in my left leg. Kindly advise what cream or medicines i need to apply

That will remain like that, as the skin at the place from where graft is taken, is melanin less
