White puffy & slightly raised spots.

Asked for Male, 34 Years

Im 34 and from 1 year ago I noticed I have white puffy & slightly raised spots above both eyelids and below my eyebrows. The spots are in the same area on both sides identical to each other.

They could be milium or xanthelesma palpebrum .. Proper examination is required to confirm the diagnosis. Also they will not subside by creams and they would have to be manually removed with a procedure. Hope this was helpful.
