I can understand your query but its hard to comment anything on your condition without actually seeing the lesion.
either you should have attached a picture of the lesion.
also is there any pain or is it a painless lesion?
these details will also help in coming to a diagnosis.
i suggest you to consult a dermatologist on this issue also get a VDRL test done.
once a diagnosis is established, it can be treated very easily.
