White pearly nodules on face and neck

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I have been having these pearly kind of nodules with hard centre on face since my pregnancy started..now its been 2 and a hslf months since i delivered baby.it hasnt gone.i went to ms ramaiah doctor..he said i should get curettage..but i dont want to..i heard there will be scars..any effective cream for external application??
