White patches under the foreskin
These are 2 problems. 1 is the presence of white patches underskin like a fungal growth. This does not seem to go with a antifungal cream.
2. These are small blotches or small patches on the foreskin.
Both condition do not pain or itch and there is no discharge of any sort.
Please advice.
