White Patches on Tongue

Asked for Male, 36 Years

I have 3-4 white patches on Tongue from last around 25 days with no pain or any significant issue. I also just completed my 20 days of COVID isolation. During COVID I had mainly smell disorder issue with no fever or any other symptoms and that too is now sorted and I am doing OK. Can I please get some insights regarding why I am having these patches, it it due to COVID or any other issue. Please suggest.
