White patches on skin
Initially he has patches on cheeks only.we consulted the dermatologist in dhanbad .he gave medicines n said its infection and will go off in few days. Previously he had allergy and used to go off in few days .But this time it has spread all over the face n not at all reduced after medication also.pls guide what to do. I have attached the snap of patches. Pls help we r worried about it.

It could be a fungal skin infection. Anti fungal creams and tablets are required. Kindly consult a dermatologist .
