White patches on my body

Asked for Male, 18 Years

I have white patches where on my hand if my stretch out my upper part of my hand I see my pigment turning white what are these were also on my body these are few pictures I have consulted it before they said is a derma allergy and before i was taking treatment of homeopathy where doctor were treating me for leucoderma I am confused if it's an alergy how should I differentiate in between I some time have anxiety just by seeing my hand These patches are also pure white as vitiligo patient so what is it! Please doctor help me Thank you!
