White patches on hands.
Hi,
i have cousin named neha ,she has got this white patches on arms. we have consulted many doctors but medicine did not work.
These have grown a bit on feet and near her ear.

your cousin seems to have a skin problem, firstly the picture is not clear in order to diagnose the problem.
secondly pls visit a dermatologist, if there is no proper diagnose, go for a skin biopsy so that the correct treatment can be started
