White patches on face

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I have been using elocon cream on my face for about 3 years not daily but very rarely without knowing that it is a steroid. Now I have developed white patches on my skin which is very different from my skin tone and small blood vessels are visible on my cheeks I want to know whether they cane be reversed ? I have stopped using it since an year
