I chewed tobacco from last 7 years.i had white patches in mouth i got irritated mouth when i eat spicy food. Now i quit tobbaco totaly. I wanted to know that this patches will go on their own or requires medication.

First you should quit your tobacco chewing habit.then consult with a dentist for treatment .white lesions of oral cavity may converts in oral cancer if they remains untreated for long time
