Hi, I today observed 3-4 small white patch on my back neck. Could you please let me know what it could be and what treatment i need for this. Is there any home remeady for this. I am attaching herewith the image for the same. Thank you so much.

It could be a superficial fungal infection of the skin. Typically ketoconazole based shampoo on it daily for 2 weeks should cure it. Meet a Dermatologist for further treatment plan
