White patch
Hello. I'm 28 weeks pregnant and I developed white patch in peri areolar region on both sides past 3 months. It's itching and burning at times. I'm worried it might be vitiligo and will It spread everywhere? I don't hav any other patches anywhere except this.

Usually vitiligo is not symptomatic
Spreading can't be stopped in case of vitiligo
More over vitiligo is just a visual problem
As such there is no danger in this
