White patch head & face

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Hi Doc, My sister has developed white patch on her face ,prior to this she was affected by chicken box virus and had taken some medication.she is emotionally affected due to this,kindly suggest me some practical remedies and best doctor who can cure this,since she has toured almost 3 doctors with no permanent remedy.,
