White patch adjacent to right lower lip
Hi My nephew is 4.5 years old and he has developed a small white patch adjacent to right lower lip and on checkup is diagnosed with vitiligo. he is given the below medicines to apply: 1. Vitix gel 2. Momate cream 3. Tacroz forte oinment Please suggest if it is good to start and if it is safe to use at such a young age. Also let me know why this kind of skin pigment abnormality occurs and how to take care of it in future. Is this fully curable or not.
