Hello doctor, i m facing the problem of white milky drops after urination since 2006. After drops i feel pain in my penis and on the outer side of balls. I m male and my age is 29. I never did sex. But when my cum is out due to bad dreams i feel much better and relax. I also dont do hand practice.i also contact urologist and he said do excercise.
