White (maybe fordyce spots) spots on lip

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I am having white small spots on the corner of my lips and and a few on the border where the upper lip touches the inner mouth. They are painless and cause no irritation at all. I looked up the internet and there are many websites that say that they are harmless fordyce spots. Please help.
