Actually sometimes i see some white sticky substance on my undergarments and moreover my periods are also not on time and sometimes extend more than 7days also

Hello, it could be white discharge from vagina ,smaller amount of white discharge is normal and nothing to worry about it , if you have fever , rash ,itching with white discharge then it could be infection .....Now don't worry about it ,,it's normal ...............
