This is the photo of the front tooth white line.its there for 1 month.if the photo is enlarged then you can see the white line between front tooth clearly

Hello,
It may be over calcification due to over consumption of fluorides or it may be due to decay i.e a white spot lesion which arises before the decay occurs.
Consult a dentist.

This seems to be white spots on the tooth.. it can be due to over consumption of fluoride or development problem in the permanent tooth.. you can visit a nearby dentist & get a check up done to confirm this
