White layer on scalp
White layer on my scalp..when i scratch it white particles fall out..also from other place like beard etc..problem is from last 2-3 year..have shown many doctors but the time i take medicine .it remains okay but after some time same condition arise..Have change diet pattern but got temporary benefits only..

Seems like sebborreic dermatitis which is pretty recurrent. Change of weather would aggravate it. Relaxation, vitamins, eating whole grain food, proper sleep and water all help but still sometimes it may occur.
