White layer on penis
For last 1 week, I having a mild itchness in penis foreskin and also inside penis, it got dried and some white layer form at the top. I am not sexualy active for 3years and only masturbating.. Is it symptom for STD or any other infections.. ? Thank You...

It seems that you are suffering from fungal infection not sexually transmitted infection. This infection is more common in diabetic patients
