White hitching patch
I found white patch mark size approx 1 inch. Between private part and legs. It's hitching. From last 18 months it started increasing. Mainly in summer and when I wear tide cloth it's creat heat that time hitching is very high. One local doctor told it's fungal inflation of skin he suggests dusting powder. After use of the powder hitching problem will be normal. But it can't cantrol for increasing the patch.
