Hi. Greetings. Acne is a common problem associated with hormonal issues, inflammation and external triggers. Reduce application of make up, intake of chocolates and junk food too. Use a topical retinoid cream daily night. You may need a short course of antibiotics. Use a salicylic acid based face wash. For further queries, Send in snaps of your lesions on private follow up chat. Or you could Discuss other suitable forms of treatment with your dermatologist. Hope this helps. Warm regards. Dr Govind S Mittal.
