Sir.   I'm a 20 yr old student. My problem is that my hair change colour from black to white. Is there any solution in ayurveda . I'm totally confused :-(

Hi, Grey hair occurs whn there is a vitamin deficiency in your body or due to change in the water you use etc. There are certain medications in ayurveda which helps you recover this. Take lots of fruits,carrots etc. Internal medication along with a suitable hair oil will helpyou.
