First of all u stop worrying bcoz it may increase ur problem.  If u r suffering from any disease specifically sinusitis or rhinitis , get it treated. Take vitamins and minerals supplements. Use amla powder paste for local application on scalp 15 min before bath. Use amla or amla preparation daily in morning.

Hello, I'm Dr. Subin. Premature greying is an issue that has been with this present generation. Causes are to an extent hereditary. Other causes include using of hard water, fast/junk food culture, having too much spicy and fried foods, stress etc. Avoid these too spicy and fried food and have more of milk, ghee and homely food. Learn to cope with stress, use a suitable Ayurvedic coconut hair oil. Drink plenty of water. Consume Ayurvedic Rasayana medicines regularly. Consult a credible Ayurveda doctor and he can help you more with it. Good luck.
