White filled/swell spot
I have got white swelled spot in my feet's middle finger. It's covered with very hard layer of skin And when I press it, it starts to bleed and then again it swells up

You seem to be having a viral wart. Please meet a dermatologist so they can examine you and do a simple electrocautey procedure to remove it
