1 .Today morning when I woke up and suddenly saw this dots it's irritating and pain when I touch .
2. I have dandruff so much on my head please suggest any anti dandruff for me and hair fall also

Hello, prima facie, this appears to be a infection. Of course a more detailed history and clearer pictures are required for a definitive diagnosis. You may require treatment in form of oral and topical medications. As for dandruff please use a shampoo containing Ketoconazole and a biotin /saw palmetto supplement can be added for your hairfall.
