I am 32 year male and I have white discharges on tip of penis skin, it also smells bad , and my skin and penis are attached and cannot move freely.. what is the best cure and home remedy

It is called smegma and is due to poor genital hygiene Proper washing of penis with soap and full opening of foreskin is important while taking bath,send photo for further evaluation
