White discharge from penis
White fluid coming from around penis area(not from inside of penis), rashes and itching. I have applied tyza-m which helps me cure it completely for a few 4 5 days..But after that again the issue continues..please suggest what kind of doctir should i visit.urologist or dermatologist?
