I have a menopause for 10 years , now I am having white discharge for 3 months and drop of blood in urine this month

It can be because of urine infection and fungal infection
Get investigation done and start treatment for the same

Is there itching along with discharge?
Is there any swelling/redness in intimate area?
White discharge suggests of Vaginal candidiasis. Need to start on antifungal medications:- Tab Flucan 150mg, Canesten ointment
Blood in urine could be due to stone or UTI
Any history of Fever/Pain while passing urine/lower abdomen pain radiating to back?
Need more detail history for proper evaluation and medication.
Get Cbc, kft, Usg abdomen done.
