White/crusty discharge
My girl is having white/yellow crusty dischage in underwear' She is on the implanon ,and doesn't have her periods,and she is realy dry,she never gets wet. Whe haven't had sex for almost 4weeks. And sundenly these marks show up in her underwear. Can it be semen of someone else?

You won't know unless you ask her. There is not much point in playing a guessing game where relationships are concerned.
Women can get irregular spotting and bleeding on the implant which often presents as yellowish brown discharge if the bleeding is very slight. In fact irregular nd unpredictable bleeding is the commonest cause why women ask to have the implant removed. A vaginal infection can also cause discharge. Maybe a simple fungal infection too
