I noticed a white bump, very tiny in size below the corona of my penis 1 month back. Today, I had a physical examination from a dermatologist but he didn't touch, just saw it and advised me to use the Niogenta F for a month, twice a day. On asking him, he said it might be a fordyce spot. Can anyone please guide me on this, I am attaching the picture here.

Don't apply Niogenta F for sure
It can be a Fordyce spot (most likely diagnosis) but the picture isn't clear enough to comment
Fordyce spot doesn't require treatment and can be ignored
But will reserve my opinion till I see you in person
No need to worry.specific treatment is available.it depends on severity of the disease . Complete medical history is required..
Pls do online consultation with Dermatologist for detailed prescription & guidance.,
