White Boils in the right nostril
I have very painful white boils inside my nose (on the wall, a little inside and only in the right side). It hurts when I touch even the outside of my nose. I have been cleaning my nose excessively for the last 1 week due to excess mucus formation owing to the cold weather. I am in pain and don't know if I should apply coconut oil and wait for it to go or take some antibiotics. They are just white boils (looks like pus filled pinples). Is it some major infection or will it go away on it's own

If it’s is pus filled and extreme pain on touch ... maybe it can be furunculosis and you need to treat it with antibiotics to be on safe side. Start tab Mox 500 1-1-1 x 3 days , Tab lyser -D 1-0-1 x 5 days . Apply mupirocin ointment over it twice daily and apply cold compression . Hope this helps you
