White bleeding after taking mafigest kit

Hi doctor, I am married I don’t want child in early stage and my wife is paragnent, She was taken a mefigest kit after taking 1 large and 2 small pills, bleeding is start only for one day but after that white bleeding are there Can you please suggest why white bleeding is there and why she not bleeding as normal ??
