White and red patches right side f mouth
Me Age 24 Male.
Experiencing pain in the left ear along with pain in left gum,Sore throat and lump prior to 3 days today.
Investigating i found out white and red patches on the right side of gum..
Need to add have been into weed and alcohol from past 4 years especially the former drug on routine..
Is it a oral cancer. ?

Difficult to say- if it's a pre cancerous lesion . Unless a biopsy is done , as you know the reasons for cause ,please avoid the intake of same . Get a clinical checkup / consultation as soon as possible
